Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Rules

  • More than 24 hours before trip → 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges)
  • 12–24 hours before trip → 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before trip → No refund

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment source
  • Completion time: 5–7 working days
  • In case of booking via third-party platforms, their refund rules may apply

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund is not applicable for:

  • No-show or delay by customer
  • Misbehavior with driver
  • Trip cancellation during an ongoing journey

4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

If Kushwah Tour & Travels cancels a booking due to unforeseen reasons, customer will receive:

  • Full refund OR
  • Alternative travel option (as per customer choice)
